Design Services

Choosing the correct design is critical in ensuring that your vessel meets all operational and functional requirements, so it’s important to engage a design company with the right credentials. By carefully listening to our client’s needs our design team works together with our client to develop and evolve a design that suits the primary objective. From initial concept right through to detailed engineering design our naval architects and designers have the capability and experience to bring your concept to reality.

Conceptual Designs

Have an idea for your new vessel? Let us bring your ideas closer to reality by working with you to develop a detailed vessel arrangement drawing.

3D Computer Modelling

Is a multi-faceted tool used not only to develop the design, styling and arrangement of a vessel, but to also market a new vessel concept to the market. By using modern three-dimensional modelling software our design team can create a ‘real’ perspective of your new design without the need of building costly scale models.

New Build Specifications

In order to seek accurate costing for your new build it’s critical to produce a detailed specification that is clear and not subject to conjecture. A well prepared specification not only protects the interests of the owner, but also ensures that the subject vessel is built to requirements and within budget. Our experienced team is happy to assist in developing a new specification or to provide an independent review of an existing specification.

Detailed Structural Drawings

Build accuracy is dependent on accurate detailed construction drawings. All our staff has experience working in or with shipyards, and as a result our drawings reflect a practical and efficient means of building a vessel – whether this be a small trailerable boat up to a large super yacht or passenger ferry.

CNC

The ability to be able to provide a builder with a computer cut kit of frames and structural components not only ensures build accuracy but greater reduces initial build costs.
